How do we define organic viticulture and why do we believe this method is the best way to produce wine today? The hot and dry climate of the Côtes du Rhône, along with the mistral wind, are conducive to organic viticulture. Synthetic chemistry is eschewed in favor of natural preventive treatments
Our intention is to recreate a natural balance between the vines and the surrounding land, thus promoting biodiversity and giving us
the keys to better adapt to challenges and climate change. Partnerships have been established with carefully selected winemakers to
create a blend that stays true to the origins of this vintage.
